Prediction based on Legislation in the OP-ED

HR 6119 presents amendments with more precise dates for going back into Afghanistan. It is my personal opinion the Russia/Ukraine conflict will begin approximately February 17th-19th. This is based on deductive reasoning resulting from legislation sponsored by the 117th Congress. All bills in the OP-ED may be found at congress.gov.
